Return Policy

  1. Customized Items:

    • All customized items are non-returnable.

    • Slight differences in color due to lighting or screen settings do not qualify for a return.

    • Exception: If the mistake is made by Glowby Store in the customization, the item will be eligible for return.

  2. Regular Items:

    • Non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
